What is Vault?
Vault is a leasing management workspace. Your buildings and units, leads, visits, applications, leases and renewals live in one place, shared with your team.
Who is Vault designed for?
Property management companies and landlords who rent out units — and the managers and leasing agents who do the work day to day.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. Add each building you manage, with its units — one by one, or imported from a spreadsheet. Every page can show all your buildings or just one.
Can I invite members of my team?
Yes. Invite people by email as a Manager or an Agent. Managers can do everything; agents book visits, submit applications and work their own leads. Each company has one owner, who controls the account.
How do I get started?
Create an account, confirm your email, and set up your company — then add your buildings and invite your team. Vault is free during early access, and no card is needed.
Is Vault available in English and French?
Vault's screens are in English today, and French is on the way. The emails Vault sends to tenants — like renewal notices — can already be written in English or French.
